ABOUT EXHIBITION

International Exhibition for Young Inventors dates back to 1904. It was first held by the Japanese Institute of Inventions and Innovations (JIII) in Tokyo. As it was many years ago, today the aim of the exhibition remains to be the same. IEYI main goal is to encourage creativity and ingenuity among teenagers from all over the world. It gives participants a unique opportunity to present their inventions and share experiences with other participants from different countries. The exhibition is designed to provide a decent level of competition between young talents, in order to help them to transfer their knowledge to their peers, as well as to develop cooperational skills in the field of innovations between countries.

The main objectives of IEYI are:
• Stimulation of the creative approach for the innovations and inventions
• Creating an atmosphere of freedom of thought for the development of young inventors in the creative environment
• Encoaregment of immagination and creativity of young people

Over the years, young inventors visited such countries as:
Malaysia, India, Indonesia, China, Nigeria, Vietnam and Thailand.

EXHIBITION HISTORY
The First Exhibition For Young inventors was held in Japan in 1904 and had a national character.
In 2004, on the 100th anniversary of the Japanese Institute of Inventions and Innovations (JIII), The First Exhibition For Young inventors was held in Tokyo. It was a great success and since then this event is held annually in different countries of the world.
Over the years, young inventors visited: Malaysia, India, Indonesia, China, Nigeria, Vietnam and Thailand.

IEYI — 2021

In 2021 Russia was awarded an honorary mission — to host the International Exhibition for Young Inventors — 2021.

We are proud of this fact and hope that young inventors will have not only a chance to present their technical solutions, but also to exchange experience, knowledge and make friends among their like-minded people.
